Shawn is focused on the service delivery and sales efforts of our firm. He primarily serves as the business manager and sales coordinator for our global office operations, specifically our Toronto branch office. He is responsible for the development of business communication materials, implementation of electronic service processes, and the management of the firm's computer network and databases. He also consults with the partners on all sales and IT-related decisions.  Shawn began working with our firm in 1995.  Shawn has a wonderful wife, Melissa, and a newborn daughter (10/30/05) named Kaitlyn Hope.

Mike founded the firm in 1991 as a way to have more time to play golf. It has not improved his score. Before beginning Hammond Law Group, Mike served as an associate at Benjamin, Yocum, and Heather handling civil trial work.

In 2004, Chris was named a Partner of the firm. He had served as an Associate since his graduation from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, Chris spent three years working for a mid-sized New York City Financial Consulting firm. He is a graduate of Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania and Chaminade High School, Mineola, New York. Chris was raised in the New York City suburban community of Oyster Bay, Long Island. When not zealously representing his clients, Chris enjoys outdoor sports, listening to music, traveling and reading.

Cindy's practice is concentrated on business immigration matters, including healthcare and physician issues. Previously, she was an Associate with Stephen Jeffries & Associates in New York, New York where her work centered on advising international physicians. Additionally, she was an attorney with the Immigration Group of Faegre & Benson in Minneapolis, Minnesota and served as Immigration Counsel for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Cindy received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut College of Law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Judy joined the firm as an attorney in July of 2005. Prior to this, she was the Director of Planning, Marketing and Communications for the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools. She served as the Director of Government Affairs for the Michigan Nurses Association and as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Nurses Association. In addition, she has 20 years of clinical nursing experience in emergency services.  As a native of northern Wisconsin, Judy enjoys the great outdoors and spends time hiking and fly-fishing whenever possible.
