IMMIGRATION OPTION:
If you are not a Canadian citizen (or Mexican citizen) you will not be able to enter the U.S. in TN status under the North American Free Trade Agreement. However, if you are an occupational therapist and a Canadian citizen you can enter the U.S. to work as an occupational therapist through the H-1b visa.
