The most common business visas for which we process cases include the H-1(b), L-1, E, O, and the TN. We also provide assistance with other visas which may be relatively unfamiliar to most businesses and these would include the H-2(a), H-2(b), H-3, and R.
We also provide industry specific service to hospitals and other healthcare organizations by processing H-1b and H-1c visas for nurses.
Global Recruitment Strategies
In addition to processing visas, we actively work with our clients developing recruitment strategies to better utilize the U.S. visa process. We provide direct training to recruitment staff and are available to accompany recruiters on off-shore recruiting trips.
