Bio

An Ohio native, Chris has lived in Washington DC for most of his professional life, and is a member of the DC Bar. He has degrees in linguistics as well as law, and knows Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch and the Scandinavian languages. At various times in his life he has worked as a guitar teacher and a translator.

Chris has practiced extensively in telecommunications, computer and international law. He has served as corporate counsel for foreign-owned US companies.
