12/14/2006 IMMIGRATION ALERT The USCIS has clarified their previous AILA note about which we published on December 13, 2006 (see: http://www.hammondlawfirm.com/alerts/12.13.2006_alert.htm
). The USCIS now says that attorneys MAY sign the Form, I-907, Request
for Premium Processing Service, provided that the Petitioner is making the
request and there is a Petitioner-signed G-28 on file with the USCIS.
