On January 12th, the USCIS issued a press release announcing the new web-based service allowing Foreign Nationals to file their change of address information online. The new system is available at the USCIS website at http://www.uscis.gov/AR-11. The Service hopes this new system will reduce processing times and improve customer service.

Please note, all Foreign Nationals are legally required to file a change of address card (Form AR-11) with the USCIS within 10 days of their move. Filing the AR-11 ensures that the USCIS sends customers notices or decisions on cases to the correct address. The Form can now be completed online or via mail.
