PHONE CONFERENCE: WHAT DOES RETROGRESSION MEAN TO MY EMPLOYEES?

 

A recent Immigration Alert notified readers of the forthcoming retrogression in Permanent Residency numbers. (See: http://www.hammondlawfirm.com/alerts/09.16.2004healthcare_alert.htm). The crux of the Alert is that it likely that the Green Card quota, last seen several years ago, will return. Many clients have asked how that will impact their employees and future employee's cases.
