08/05/2003 HEALTHCARE IMMIGRATION ALERT:
VISA SCREEN
On Friday July 25, 2003, the Department of Homeland Security issued the
long-delayed regulation requiring visa screens for nonimmigrant healthcare
petitioners. This regulation becomes effective September 23, 2003, but
contains a waiver delaying implementation until July 24, 2004.
