H-1 US MASTERS CAP IS ABOUT TO BE REACHED
The USCIS' latest H-1 US Master degreed quota
numbers have been released. Approximately 15,000 petitions of the 20,000
available have been claimed. The summer is traditionally a busy filing
period since many Master programs end in June.
We urge anyone who is contemplating filing an H-1 under the US Masters
degree quota immediately to file the case.
