07/20/2004 HEALTHCARE IMMIGRATION ALERT: The
CIS announced that the Visa Screen Certification rules which go into effect
on July 26, 2004 will not apply to certain exempted TN workers until July
26, 2005. The exemption only applies to Canadian and Mexican TN (NAFTA
professional) health care workers who were employed as TN nonimmigrant
health care workers before September 23, 2003 and held a valid license from
a U.S. jurisdiction before September 23, 2003 |
