06/08/2005 HEALTHCARE IMMIGRATION ALERT:
VISA BULLETIN RELEASED
The revised Visa Bulletin, which allocates the 50,000 Schedule A visas, has
been released. Immediately, all nurses from previously retrogressed
countries -- China, Philippines and India -- may file Applications for
Adjustment of Status. Likewise, the National Visa Center should recommence
scheduling Consular Appointments for those countries' nurses and physical
therapists.
