PERM APPROVAL

 

Hammond Law Group has one of the first approvals through the Department of Labor's PERM process. HLG attorney Sherry Neal received the approval on behalf of an IT company for a Computer Software Engineer. The case was filed through the online procedure and was processed through the Chicago PERM processing center. It was approved sooner than the Department of Labor's estimated 45-90 day processing time.

The Department of Labor confirmed that the first approvals were issued this week. This places Hammond Law Group among the first in the nation to receive a PERM approval from the U.S. Department of Labor.
