04/29/2005 IMMIGRATION ALERT H-1 MASTERS NUMBERS TO BE RELEASED NEXT WEEK
AILA is reporting that the rule that
implements of the 20,000 H-1 visa allotment for US Master degreed
professionals will be published in the Federal Register next week. The
publication of the rule will allow US Master degreed professionals and
their employers to immediately petition for H-1B visas. HLG clients who
have been waiting for the rule's publication are encouraged to contact
their immigration attorney.
