03/02/2005 HEALTHCARE IMMIGRATION ALERT:
UPDATE: RETROGRESSION LEGISLATION
The recent retrogression of employment-based immigrant
visa numbers has directly impacted healthcare facilities, recruiters, and
other employers of Indian, Chinese and Filipino nationals. HLG, along with a
team of leading immigration lawyers, has been aggressively pushing
Washington for retrogression relief. We believe that relief may be imminent.
On March 10, 2005 at 3PM ET / 12 noon PT
we will be holding a free teleconference for all HLG employer-clients
to update them on our efforts and explain how they can help. If you are
