A recent Immigration Alert notified readers that the PERM regulations
were released on December 28, 2005. (See:

The PERM regulations impact all would-be employers of immigrants. We
have read and digested the 300 page document and are pleased to announce
that we will be holding a free telephone conference which will discuss
