LABOR CERTIFICATION

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR REDUCTION IN RECRUITMENT ("RIR") APPLICATIONS FROM EMPLOYER

Following is a list of information that is required in order to complete a Reduction in Recruitment request. Please send the information listed below to the appropriate Hammond & Associates office location to the attention of your case attorney for review.

Information Required:

 1) Copy of all advertisements and/or description of recruitment efforts 
      placed for this skill profile over the last six months including:

      a) newspaper advertisements
      b) magazine advertisements
      c) college recruitment
      d) job fairs
      e) internet postings
       f) internal referral sources
      g) miscellaneous

 2) The total number of positions available at the current time for this skill set.
 3) The total number of positions in your company at this geographic location in this skill set.
 4) The total number of consultants at your location.
 5) The number of individuals hired with this skill set over the past six months broken down by
      U.S. citizens and resident versus non-U.S. citizens, i.e. H-1 holders.
 6) The total number of new consultants hired over the past six months.
 7) The projected number of hires for the next six months.
 8) A summary of the results of the recruitment efforts including number of persons contacted,
      interviewed, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not trying to create a new system but are trying to utilize existing efforts and methods. 
It may be that your different branches each follow different recruitment methods and if so, the individual most
responsible for recruitment of this skill set should contact me so that we can use existing information.
