Each applicant for Adjustment of Status must submit two ADIT-style photographs along with the application. As a point of clarification, these are NOT passport photographs. The format for immigration photographs are different from passport photographs.
Some of the requirements for immigration photographs include the following:
· The photographs
must be taken against a white background.
· The photographs must be taken at a 3/4 angle, however
both eyes must be visible.
· The right ear must be completely visible; there can be
no hair covering the right ear.
· The person cannot wear any earrings.
· The photograph cannot contain any shadows.
