Glenn began working for Hammond & Associates in July 1995. He handles H1B, L-1, E-2 and other business visas as well as labor certification cases for several of our corporate clients. In the past, he has been responsible for handling various other types of immigration cases, including naturalization and employment-based and family-based adjustment of status. His professional memberships include the Cincinnati Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and Associate Membership in the Ohio State Bar Association.

Eroica (pronounced "Erica") joined Hammond & Associates in September 1996. She currently handles H1B visas and the green card process for numerous companies. She is valuable member of the Business Immigration Team and is regularly involved in training new employees. She often travels to client sites to participate in training programs. Eroica attended Sinclair Community College in 1995 studying business administration. Eroica currently lives in Middletown, Ohio. Her interests include reading, shopping, travel, golfing and dancing.

Deborah began working at Hammond & Associates in July 2000. She received her B.A. Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1976. After exploring other employment avenues, she received her Paralegal Certificate in December 1995.
Deborah worked in Personal Injury and Litigation for four years, when she decided to venture into Immigration Law. Deborah handles H1B Visas, L-1, E's and other business visas as well as labor certification cases for our corporate clients.

Lisa started with Hammond and Associates in 1999 as Sherry Neal's legal assistant. She received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a certificate in legal assisting in December 1994. She got side tracked for a few years and is excited about getting back into the legal field.
Lisa is happily married to her husband of four years, Bill. They have no children but have 2 cats, which is close enough. She enjoys traveling (as long as it does not involve a plane), golfing (even though she learned it 2 summers ago and have not had a chance to get back into it), biking and spending time with her family and husband.

Kimi began working with Hammond & Associates in June 1999. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University in May 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Before joining Hammond & Associates, Kimi was in charge of the medical records for Plunkett & Gromada, MD, Inc.
Kimi enjoys gourmet cooking, kick boxing, rollerblading, and mountain biking. She is also an avid ice hockey fan. She has traveled throughout Southern Europe. Kimi married her husband, Mark on October 7, 2000. She and Mark are currently busy remodeling their house. There are plans for the children in the future, but for now, she and Mark have two cats, Dakota and Koho.

Rita Montgomery began working at Hammond & Associates in June 1999. She is the Legal Assistant for Christopher T. Musillo. She came to Hammond & Associates with an Associates Degree in Computer Operations from Cincinnati State College and five years of secretarial experience.
She is married and has a Saint Bernard named Annie. When she is not chasing her dog or cleaning up the slobber, she likes to play soccer, read books and sometimes enjoys taking Annie for walks (more like Annie taking her for a walk).

Katherine joined Hammond & Associates in August, 2001. Katherine is a legal assistant for our I-485 department. She brings with her a fresh new outlook. With above average organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, she is a great support to a very busy department where these skills are crucial to its success.
Katherine was born in Houston, Texas but has lived in Cincinnati most of her life. She loves shopping, spending time with friends, watching movies and playing sports.

Jennifer joined Hammond & Associates in September, 2001. Jennifer is an I-485 Case Manager for several of our client companies. She is great support to a very busy department.
Jennifer spent the last five years working with the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office in the family law division. She and her husband Matt stay busy with their beautiful daughter, Shelby, of 16 months. Other than an occasional rented movie, Jennifer, Matt and Shelby love taking walks, and spending time with family.
