Eric Clark, Attorney

Thomspon Hine LLP

Eric is an attorney in Thompson Hine LLP's Labor & Employment practice group. He is experienced in every facet of labor and employment law, including union organization campaigns, union negotiations, strikes, employment discrimination litigation, mediations, arbitrations, matters before the National Labor Relations Board, ERISA litigation, class actions, restrictive covenants and Fair Labor Standards Act claims. In addition, Eric provides day-to-day counseling to human resources personnel and in-house counsel regarding a variety of day-to-day labor and employment matters. Before joining Thompson Hine, Eric was Labor Counsel at General Electric Co. in Lynn, Massachusetts.

Eric is admitted to practice in Ohio, Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to his legal practice, Eric is an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. And, Eric was recently selected to participate in the Cincinnati C-Change Leadership Program sponsored by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. Eric is an experienced lecturer and his past presentations include: "The Changing Landscape of Labor Relations," "The New FLSA Regulations," "Ohio Employment Law Summary," "Reductions in Force," and "Alternative Dispute Resolution in Employment Matters."
